There was always a conflict between my father and mother regarding the way they want to raise my sister. Because we were living in a traditional society with certain values, my mother insisted that my father was supposed not to give my sister a lot of freedom because her attitude will be completely different than the people who are around her. On the long run, no one would accept to marry her bearing in mind that arranged marriages are very common. But, my father insisted that my sister must be given enough freedom in order to gain experiences in life and learn from these experiences. I still remember that evening when my sister came late to the house. When she entered the door of the house, my mother was waiting for her and she started to shout at her and asked where has she been till this late hour. My sister was not even concerned to answer my mother because she understood very well that her father is supporting her and whatever my mother said, my father would be with her and at the end, he would let her do whatever she wants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
