{"id":3114,"date":"2023-01-05T21:39:36","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T21:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/how-to-write-a-memoir.com\/?p=3114"},"modified":"2023-01-05T21:39:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T21:39:36","slug":"hello-darling-christmas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/how-to-write-a-memoir.com\/?p=3114","title":{"rendered":"Hello Darling Christmas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hello, Darling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s me again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is Christmas Eve, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am standing., looking out the front picture window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While it is not snowing presently, snow abounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I will have my white Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I will also have a blue Christmas, once again, without you in my arms physically, always emotionally with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I am looking at the streets, not totally snow covered, it puts me in memory of our first Christmas in Alaska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Santa brought the kids remote control cars; a yellow one and an orange one I believe. You put thumbtacks on the wheels for traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I could look out our front window and see you and our three little ones racing their cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sweet memory that still brings a smile to my face, a tear to my eyes, and a tender tug to my heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We never imagined a Christmas without you; reality hit hard just before Christmas three years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christmas has never been quite the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, so many years have passed, since that dreadful reality; however, those memories continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remain together in our hearts, as I know that your are always watching over us from your Heavenly Home Above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merry Christmas in Heaven My Yankee Airman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All my love,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Southern Belle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, Darling.
